You can bet if there is an angle they will find it.
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.

That's easy to take care of. Spend it as soon as you get it. Heck, bury it in the yard and lose only the inflation tax. Banks are not healthy and it shows. Banking in a fundamental sense is ok but when it is run by a-holes then it becomes a bad thing. Same goes for anything run by man. Unfortunately even mechanized things are designed by man and usually end up staining the bed at some point. We are stuck in perpetual cycles of prosperity and misery until the Sun becomes a red giant. Then there is neither.
