Great link thanks. Everyone should read it before using windows 10. Your data is there data. After all it is no longer an operating system but a 'service' and by clicking accept you become part of that 'service".
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.

I have 3 computers in my house with Windows 7 Pro (not getting anything newer) laptop with (God help me) Vista Home and the last one with and the simplest to us ....  XP.

Soon all it going to be is something to access emails
