With regard to the Canadian judges oath;

The Judicial Oath and Oath of Allegiance shall be taken by the Chief Justice of the province, the Chief Justice of the Trial Division and the Justices of the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division, and by Provincial Court judges, justices of the peace, or other persons appointed to a judicial office, as soon as possible after acceptance of office.

"I, ______________, swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second Her Heirs and Successors, according to law, so help me God.".

"I, ______________, swear that I will well and truly serve our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth the Second in the office of ______________, and will do right to all manner of people, after the laws and usages of this province, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will; so help me God.".
