Anyone want to go in on a bugout shelter?

Over the last while I have seen a few preppers trying to organize a land buying deal with other preppers so that they would have a location to build a buyout shelter. Most of these preppers are genuine people with a real intention to band together with like minded folk for mutual protect. Of late however I came across a so called prepper attempting to run a complete scam. I thought these kinds of unscrupulous people did not exist in the prepper community but apparently I was wrong.

However along these lines I thought why bother with land? Why not go straight to the shelter? Then I came across this and although it is a little out of my price range at $1.5 million  to $4.5 million.  I thought it might be possible to apply the same basic idea of going in on it with a couple of other, preferably rich, preppers. Actually I think that that one might be a little overpriced.  :o
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.
