Ok to all the xperts out there
I came across two cp24 portable hf-ssb transceivers
What are they good for :))
U can't teach greatness and definitely can't fix stupid

if you got them with the antennas.... smoking hot deal !!!


These are powerful radios, can chat from mountain top to mountain top, or from the lake up to the top of the mountain..
The Canadian site, has spare parts and extras for them, so you can just get the 12v plug into ciggy lighter for example.


Any and I mean any dual set or radios is an excellent way to go, that way it would take someone with a powerful full scanning system to find you as they do not use the normal bands.
