1st scissors is call metzenbaum. Used for cutting tissue / debriding.
2nd is a retractor, used to hold or spread apart tissue in an incision.
3rd is a suture removal scissor. The hook is for getting under the sutures.
4th looks like a needle driver with integral scissors. The clamp part is to hold and work the suture needle and the scissors is to cut the suture.
5th looks like a smaller version of 1
6th is a small locking forcep or clamp. Can be used for anything that needs a grip or for clamping the ends of blood vessels. Also called a mosquito forcep.
8th looks like a towel clamp... not 100% sure on this one.
