The offer for the tent is still there, just in case the wee ones want a bigger area or you want THEM out... LOL
We will be addin a list of things that we always need help with. Below is a short list just off the top of my head;
- Security
- Sign in - waivers - helper/overseere
- setup crew help
- tear down crew help
- Food area help
- Food prep and server for fundraiser ( offer from Ladie from the IPN to help, lost her contact number, lady with .22 cal rifle who's ex used for a jack !! wtf.. get rid of that guy !!!!) <please contact us here or email me at wild_e at hotmail.ca>
- Food prep helper
- canteen helper, can be food people
- Sign setup people
- Hosts - people who come earlier and offer their time to show peeps the layout, where to park, camp etc.. etc..
= Others, who might be wanting to help with getting advertisers / promoters / prizes / giveaways / spell checking & editing <website / Network/forum info / priinted material / handouts / press releases / meetup releases> /
Owing to dificulties encountered in the last two events, only ICRCC and myself wild_E will be the people who have the final say and are the Official Organizers.
We are looking to make this coming event funtastic as well as fantastic, we are shooting for a couple of hundred people to attend and participate. We are speaking with 5-7 presenters now, we have all day events planned for Friday and multi outside events for Sunday. (since this is Canada please bring with you, sunglasses and shorts, parka and fleeces, rain gear and shelters)
