Hi Everyone
« on: September 22, 2013, 08:01:54 PM »
I'm a wild food educator and I forage at least four or five times a week. Wild plants are by far healthier for us than store bought produce. I have a website, EdibleWildFood.com and spend most of my time working as a professional writer. In my spare time I like to learn skills that will help me live off grid should need be one day.

Like your site and a late welcome to you. Look forward to seeing some posts, would be nice if you could post on one or two plants per week, their properties, preparation, where to look for them, and preservation for the plant. Looking forward to this valuable information in the near future.

Welcome. I too would love a little bit now & then on wild plants. I'm starting to work on herbs and wild plants and would enjoy some more information. Thank you for joining this lively group.

Welcome to the board!  So glad you are here.  Wild_E tried to get me to one of your classes last year but unfortunately timing never worked and I've since moved out to Newfoundland.  Is there a book on wild edibles for out here you could recommend?

I had a book on wild edibles, but alas, I got hungry and ate it.  :-[
