because number 2 says I opened the bag and it had everything in it I needed( open to some lawsuits there,if quality of the products is not up to snuff)

I prefer the second add as it more general in nature. Also in the first add there is some background noise during part of the add.
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.

The second ad is my choice. No drama, no hard sell, no 'push'. Just a simple statement of facts that people can think about and make an informed decision on.
