Disaster in Food Preps Cooking 1

So like the title says, sometimes learning is making mistakes with foods, so best to do so in the kitchen than in the field or bush when you need it. SHFT could mean many things then including angry hungry screaming kids!!!

Made a mistake, put in one container instead of one cup! Way too many beans for one person and well to give it too the dog would have been a drastic smelly move.

part 2 ...
I thought the bag was the bean mix soup mixture I bought in bulk, so cooked it or more properly undercooked it. The mixture was not ready for dinner so had a bit of clear consume style, crunch bean mixture, yukkers!

Left the mix in the crock pot all evening, next morning put it back on high for a couple of hours, then on medium for another hour or so. Wow what a difference cooking it properly can make, so yummy and the aroma was awesome to boot!

Grain Process Scarborough GTA, bulk purchase for shft, preps,
