Ya gotta eat if ya gotta eat and political correctness is a lie... just sayin'.
If you have no sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

The world is not dangerous because of those who do harm, but because of those who look on without doing anything.

Understood, no problem. Everyone has an opinin, which is great. But, it is "politically correct" that caused so many problems in the 1st place.

but we know it is not "for all"
if you dont believe there are different laws for different folks, just go block off the hwy so you can tell the driving public that you are dissatisfied with......... "something/anything"
you will have lots of spare time to be idle forever more.

Question

what has 8 pairs of feet, eight sets of eyes, eight pairs of hands, and six teeth? ( I just know I'm gonna get put in the moderated penalty box for this one, even though it is just meant in humour)
Ans
A native road blockade.

That being said I've worked, lived, and befriended a few natives. As in any group there are the bad apples, or the ones just to dumb to see things for what they are, And the others who just stand by and let things go the way that they always have. Traditional hunting grounds are a load of crap. The natives were a nomadic people and hardly ever stayed in one place for long. They would fish it out, harvest it out, and hunt out an area then move on...so where are these hunting grounds? Anywhere that they damn well please. As for them having more rights than us they stood up after years of abuses on a genocidal scale and are now making them known to the general public. That being said, the bleeding hearts of our left wing government have further enslaved them by making them reliant on handouts, a form of corporate welfare. Who's fault is this? It's our own, by not having the balls to make our governments bend to our will and do what is actually the right thing to do. Give them self governance and that is it..let them sort out their own crap, sink or swim. Ok I should have posted in the RANT section...but that's how I see it in short.

welcome to the penalty box.
my only friend here is native.. he worked hard all his life and built his very big house with his own two hands and no gov help.. off the reserve.

lately he has been asking for my help in a little dispute with game wardens.. I have read his treaty (robinson/huron treaty) and one line in the treaty stands out from the rest..........
." whatever the indian thinks this to mean, is what it means"

apparently this wording was brought before the supreme court of canada, and lo and behold, the supreme court upheld that, whatever the indian thinks it means, is the way it is.

what other statute can you name that is up for INDIVIDUAL interpretation?
my interpretation of this clause is .. "eternal victim"

I move in 91 from que to the bulkley valley
Went from seeing a few moose a year to spend a week hunting in November and see50
But now we are seeing a decline
Between wolves and over harvesting it shows
U can't teach greatness and definitely can't fix stupid

The Bulkley Valley is beautiful. Had a chance to buy a quarter of land with the Bulkley flowing through it, near Quick, ex-wife would not let me...enough said...But damn 80k for 60 acres in timber, 100 acres in pasture, no neighbors for 10 miles, and ownership on both sides of the river? The ultimate BOL
