We need some people that are going to help out a little bit please and thanks.
Anyone who has run a food stand, someone to help people with the Coffee/Tea/Pop/Water and collect money.
Perhaps your dragging your spouse there, they are not so much interested but might like to help people out. Perhaps we could get some people to help out for the morning or afternoon etc, rotate people in and out. The proceeds go to pay off the Hall Rental and expenses, any profit is being donated to the Alberta Flood Relief program.
If you all like that idea, maybe we can have a donation jar as well, then donate to the fund that way as well? Opinions on that as it was not discussed with the planning team, please.
Friday evening is setup time, Saturday morning is possibly modify.. LOL it happens! Sunday is tear down and clean up time after the meeting, so if we could get some hands as many hands make light of the work that would help us out a lot thanks.
