As U.S. Justice Department prosecutors angle to bring the first criminal charges against global banks since the financial crisis, they’ll have to stare down warnings of uncontainable collateral damage.

Can you believe this..a company gets told they are going to get charged because what they have done or doing is illegal and they can turn around and thumb the government and the law by threatening to rip the economy apart, what other person or company other then the banks can get away with crap like this
