Hi everyone from northern Ontario Special friend of Kelee877 she opened my eyes to new survival skills as a food service and nutrition manager I do prepare for these things at work.

Im a hunter, fisherman, out doors enthusiast. Looking forward to sharing information about nutrition, and developing menus that can be used if SHTF. and receiving comments and advice from fellow member to improve my skills.

I,ve been wanting to know for so long.. do the pink marshmallows have more nutrician than the white ones?
are the big ones better for you than the small ones.?
and is it true that the colored marshmallows come from organic marshmallow trees?

Hey Zeeker , good question, for your information the coloured marshmallows must be grown in peat moss lightly watered, and the white marshmallows grown in potting soil planted 1" below the surface. If given tender loving care your bushes will produce 400 gram bags.
You can get better protein from white marshmallows
Coloured marshmallows have more vitamins pink are loaded with vitamin C, green have bata carotene, yellow have B12, orange have zinc all are good in moderation.  :)
