dean clifford
« on: December 01, 2014, 02:16:53 PM »
cpl yrs ago i started watching this guy's stuff.

he seems to have mellowed out, but what he says has ring of truth,

this one is an hr and half. but I found it very interesting.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xxld2jVGNM

he mocks

"I,m a free man and you can't touch me" etc,

and after checking the charter section 32 and 52, I find it difficult to argue with what he has to say..
not sure how many nites I,d care to spend in jail, to test his hypothesis.

on another note.. why cant i find a judge's oath online?
of all the things I,ve lost.. I miss my mind, the most

 For the US as per:http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/28/453

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: I, XXX XXX, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as XXX under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God.
It may never happen. Best to be prepared just in case.
